you can use alongside the Revocable License Agreement.

This ensures the displaced tenant (the actual occupant) personally acknowledges no tenancy rights are created. It’s short, simple, and very enforceable when attached to the main agreement.

Acknowledgment

I/We, the undersigned Occupant(s), acknowledge and agree as follows:

I/We am/are being provided temporary housing under a Revocable License Agreement during repairs required by the Tenant Habitability Program (THP).
This arrangement is a revocable license only. It is not a lease, sublease, or tenancy of any kind.
I/We understand that:
No landlord-tenant relationship exists between me/us and the property owner or licensor.
I/We have no right to possession beyond the stated license term.
I/We have no rent control protections, no “just cause” eviction rights, and no claim of tenancy with respect to this property.
The license may be revoked at any time by the Licensor, with written notice, and I/We agree to vacate the premises immediately upon revocation or expiration.
Payments made for use of the premises are license fees only, not rent.
I/We agree to vacate and return keys/fobs at the end of the license term, leaving the premises in good condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted).
